Returns & Refunds Policy

At The She - Wood Workshop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return products within 14 days of receiving them, no questions asked.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery). Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
